Dirty Merlin returns to his roots with his surprise EP 'Jesus Slapchop Christ." Entirely sourced from vinyl samples, GG024 is a 17 minute collection of twisted and melted crackling explorations. Comprised of 8 sketches and 1 full track for a finale. While largely stylistically indebted to his hiphop/beat-scene roots, GG024 also contains tinges of his explorations into footwork music (160), as well as UK Garage and House beats and moods. The centerpiece of the EP comes at the very end via the exultant standalone single "f*ck your open mic night (dirty merlin's uk garage mix)".

As seen in the track-listing, this release includes co-production from singer/producer Lobo Incognito of GRN+GLD (co. w. lobo incognito) and also Long Beach rapper Ra El fka Rahspect (co. w. ra el).

Dirty Merlin's fifth release through GRN+GLD sees him settling into his sound. Dark and moody at times, yet wholly confident to change up or upend any sonic element in hand.
