Returning from vacation can be a rude awakening. The person you thought you were back on the island seems so distant once the smell of responsibility and despair hits the nostrils again. How do you preserve the lessons of the eternal mental vacation while fully accepting the harsh and banal reality around you?

If you find yourself asking these questions then you are in luck because Dirty Merlin has all the answers for you. In their sequel to GG010, "Paradise Fuck," Dirty Merlin returns with a sample based blend of dusty loops and dance music tempos crafted to soothe the soul, and pull no punches.

Welcome to 3D World. Paradise is lost, reality has arrived, and there is truly nowhere to hide. Take these tools and use them to find a way for your idealized version of yourself to shake hands with the one who resides in Babylon. With a mind powerful enough to imagine anything and everything. With a day to day forced to coexist side by side with pain and suffering, how will we accept ourselves and our limits?

Footwork, house, drum & bass, hip-hop. Electronic synthesizers and vinyl samples. Originally conceived in 2016, polished up, and actualized in 2020; "Welcome to 3D World" is a merging of two minds that accepts both as they are. With an eye to the future, and an ear to the past 'Welcome to 3D World' wishes you well on your journey.

Your life is your canvas. The paints are unequally distributed. But nevertheless, the wake you leave is your only voice. Whether seen or unseen, heard or unheard, our actions and contemplations are art in the making. Tragedy, comedy, farce, or folly. Dirty Merlin wishes you serenity and acknowledges your pain.
